Hayley from Paramore announced on her blog that the band will release three new tracks this year:
Hey you guyyyys,
We’re stoked everyone has been loving the videos from our short run on the Warped tour this summer. We noticed a lot of you asking about the intro music and where it was from and we are happy to tell you it’s a new song entitled “Renegade”!
Back in March, we recorded a handful of songs (including “Monster”) with Rob Cavallo which we promised we’d get to you this year. “Renegade” is the first song of the three that are left to be released.
Keep your eyes on Paramore.net an we’ll keep you updated on the songs!

Paramore will have a new song on the soundtrack for Transformers: Dark Of The Moon. Stay tuned to paramore.net for more details!— (@paramore) May 23, 2011
Sounds awesome! I guess this is the song we will get sometimes this week, I’m not sure though. The lead single for Transformers: Dark of the Moon will be a new remix of Linkin Park’s “Iridescent”.
EDIT: Just found on Kerrang.com:
Next month, Paramore will debut their first official new track since guitarist Josh Farro and his drummer brother Zac left the band in December of last year.
The as yet undisclosed song will appear on the soundtrack to the upcoming Transformers: Dark Of The Moon soundtrack which will be released mid-June.
In related news, the band are currently recording the follow-up to 2009′s Brand New Eyes with producer Rob Cavallo in Los Angeles.
This week: Twenty-two-year-old Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams. The band is currently writing songs for their next album.
FAVORITE NEW ARTIST:
Best Coast. Sure, they’re not brand new, but I want them to just blow up. They are so cool.
“Carrying The Banner” from the Newsies Soundtrack. I grew up watching Newsies with my mom — and luckily, so did a few of my friends. Well, they never watched it with my mom but… you get it. We always blast this one on road trips!

EDIT: If you believed that you’re truly an April Fool!
OMG, I really thought they would start a new Paramore era and now this! Hayley Williams has announced that she left Paramore to start a solo career! Apparently she realized during the recording process of a new Paramore album that the music style just isn’t her thing anymore. Instead she has already signed with Roc Nation and will start working on her debut album with Jay-Z, Timbaland and Dr. Dre:
I’m really looking forward to this new phase of my career. I loved every minute of my time with Paramore and I wanna thank all the fans who stuck with us during the last months, but I hope that they understand, that it’s time for a new Hayley.
